I´m happy you found my world and this page. So let me share some words about me:

  1. My guiding setence since a while now is:
    I´m Here to shine my light so others remember theirs.
    It empowers me and reminds me why I am here, and that shining my light automatically will benefit the greater good as others remember theirs.

  2. My favorite word is multidimensional as this is how I perceive the world, myself and life.

  3. I live my life in aw with the mystery and magic that waits for us behind every corner. Following my curious inner child and playfully going for my dreams and desires. Always seeking for expansion, liberation and integration in all directions

Since dropping out of school i´ve been living with these two big questions:
Who am I? And why am I here?
These questions brought me to explore different modalities of all kinds. Starting with a deep dedication to Hatha yoga and Buddhism. My journey led me to tantra, opening up my understanding of myself to the next level.


Within the last years I journeyed through white and red tantric spaces - exploring the world of relationship, sexuality as well as the subtle and energetic realms, connecting to spirit and god.
Plant medicines like cacao, mushrooms and ayahuasca opened and expanded my tantric understanding of life in many beautiful new layers.

Integration became an essential aspect of my exploration - switching between extended periods of traveling to periods of hermitting and mainly focusing on creation. Continueasly thriving for greater expansion and expression of my inner truth.

What I love to feel into and think about is: Conscious Reality Creation, Using my sexual and creative life force energy, following my dreams and desires, and devoting my life and actions to the highest of myself and all around me.

I work holistically, multidimensionally and tantrically, weaving the web of life, integrating mind, heart and sex to fully understand and reactivate the sacred wisdom that lies deep in our bodies and beyond the mind.

I´m far from perfect and as we all are on my own path of self-realization. Yet there is so much I have to offer and wisdom that wants to be transmitted supporting others on their own path.
I´m looking forward to meet you and support you on your journey towards your greatest potential.

TANTRIC

When we remember who we truly are, we remember that our body and spirit are inevitably intertwined and connected. We have never been broken but always whole and connected. We are god and we are human. Tantra teaches us to weave the web of life in a beautiful, non-dogmatic way, connecting body and spirit into a sacred dance.
Reminding us that we are the source and it´s all within us right here and now.

SOMATIC

Our body is the portal to everything in life. The nervous system and the physical matter we inhabit, and we call the body, are a sacred tool for our self-realization. Reconnecting with our Sensations, Feelings and Emotions offers great potential for deep remembrance of our purpose and potential.

ENERGYWORK

Everything is energy.
This perspective opens up new ways of living and creating our life with a sense of ease. Working in the subtle realms of reality offers a full new understanding of Truth. Here, Time and Space become fluid - when this happens, manifestation and getting where we wanna be barely becomes a game of frequency and vibration. We don´t become - we are.
