By purchasing a digital product or booking a mentorship, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Sophia Krueger provides wellness-related services including, but not limited to:

• 1:1 mentoring

• Group containers & programs

• Yoga classes (online and/or in-person)

• Workshops, events, retreats

• Digital products (recordings, PDFs, courses, meditations)

All services are for educational and self-development purposes only.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

The services offered are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing

• You will seek professional support where appropriate

• Naomi Balderson does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

If you have a mental health condition, are under medical care, or are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified professional before participating.

3. Personal Responsibility

You understand that:

• Results are not guaranteed

• Your outcomes depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances

• You take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results

Sophia Krueger is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of your participation.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are listed in GBP£

• Payment is required in full unless otherwise stated

• Due to the energetic and digital nature of the work, all sales are final

• No refunds are offered for digital products, coaching containers, or missed sessions

If you cannot attend a live session:

• Recordings may be provided where applicable

• Missed sessions are not refundable
  

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling (1:1 Sessions)

• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within offerings — including text, audio, video, worksheets, branding, and teachings — is the intellectual property of Sophia Krueger.

You may not:

• Copy, share, distribute, or resell content

• Record sessions without permission

• Use materials for commercial purposes

Personal use only.

7. Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during sessions or containers is treated with care and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law.
Group spaces are encouraged to be confidential, but confidentiality in group settings cannot be guaranteed.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Sophia Krueger reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• A client’s behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe

• Participation is deemed not in alignment with the container

• Boundaries are repeatedly violated

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naomi Balderson shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.
