We are a channel for divine consciousness to express through us. Dance becomes more than a body moving; it becomes somatic intuitive energy work. Opening and recentering our sacred channel, for ideas, impulses, and vision to come through. Dance becomes a transmission and a playful, explorative way to let the body speak and heal intuitively by itself.
